The NOCN Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Decorative Finishing- Painting and Decorating allows you to demonstrate your skills, knowledge, understanding and competence in the workplace in Painting and Decorating. Producing comb textured finishes in the Workplace
Producing broken colour effects in the Workplace
